Heidi is a girl hand puppet from Nuremberg, Germany. She has been created by Flat Friends, an Australian company producing quality puppets for educators and families. Heidi has long straight yellow blonde hair, pale peach/pink skin, yellow blonde embroidered eyebrows and black embroidered eyelashes. She has carefully embroidered beautiful round green engaging eyes.
The body is made using 100% Premium Quality Soft Polyester Velour Fabric. The head, body, arms and legs are stuffed to allow easy handling for play and to make the puppet more like a stuffed soft toy. An average size adult hand and fingers fit comfortably from the back of the body into the head, mouth and arms. Her mouth opens and she has a tongue.
She is wearing a beautiful Dirndl traditional German folk outfit. Her grey skirt has a green apron attached to the waist with a green ribbon at the back. She has a black bodice with yellow crisscross stitching on the chest. Underneath the bodice is a white short sleeved shirt with buttons and lace stitched to the chest and band collar. Her shoes are made of black vinyl and she is wearing a brim hat with black ribbon and feathers.
